Welcome to the Blind Gaming Club! We’re thrilled to have you explore our new website. Here, you’ll find information on accessible and vision-impaired-friendly games. While we’re still growing and adding content, our goal is to provide a comprehensive resource for our community.
Over the next month, we’ll be adding more game pages and blogging about various accessible gaming topics. We encourage all blind and vision-impaired individuals to join our community and participate in our Discord server. On Discord, our members discuss games, join multiplayer sessions, and engage in voice chats with like-minded people. We have members from around the world, and our club originated as the Blind Racing Club (BRC), a cornerstone of our community.
The BRC was created by a group of blind and vision-impaired gamers who enjoyed playing Forza Motorsport, the first fully accessible AAA sim racing game. The BRC is now fully integrated into the Blind Gaming Club and will always be an integral part of our community. As our membership grew, we began exploring more accessible games together.
Currently, our members are playing a variety of games, including Forza Motorsport, Minecraft (on our dedicated server), Lethal Company (which has been modded for partial accessibility), Mortal Kombat 1, Stardew Valley, Eurofly 3, Factorio, and many more. While I can’t explain how each game is played in this article due to length constraints, we will provide detailed information on the website as it expands.
