G’day again fellow race enthusiasts, I am running another Aussie Classics event, but this time it will be a single car series. It seemed like everyone enjoyed the Torana at the last Aussie Classic, so here it is again, just with a few changes .
I have built the car from the “Ground Up” and I have tried to get the horse power as close to what the car would have been, when they were being raced in 1978 in the Australian Touring Car series. There will be three events with a single track and single race each round. Track to be announced 1 week prior to the event. Each round should take approximately 1hour thirty minutes, and will have a short practice session. Then 3 Lap Qualify and then the race, the tyre wear will be set to 1.5X and there is a mandatory pit stop in the race.
Car Liveries:
Thanks to SpaceGirl, there are BRC Liveries for the car, so be sure to go and get your favorite coloured Livery, this way the cars look awesome for the streamers and recorders.
Collisions:
Collisions for this series will be off, as I believe the racing will be very close.
